“Join the Foggy Bottoms Boys for the grand opening of Jersey Scoops from January 26th to 28th in Loleta, CA! This new dessert and specialty goods shop features small-batch ice cream, made with organic milk from the family's herd of pasture-raised Jersey cows.
“The opening festivities begin on Friday January 26th, featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 12:00 PM, co-sponsored by the Loleta and Ferndale Chambers of Commerce. Guests are invited to embrace the Farm-to-Scoop experience by savoring 8 flavors of Ice Cream Scoops, Soft Serves, Root Beer Floats, Oreo Cookie Sandwiches, Grab-and-Go Deli Sandwiches, and the signature Crispy Chive Grilled Cheese. Take your ice cream to-go and visit nearby Loleta Community Park, where Frybread Love and Pupuseria San Miguel will be serving delicious food.
“The celebration continues throughout the weekend with exciting activities and food. Saturday offers free axe throwing from the Axe Box, as well as live music from Cal Poly Humboldt's Marching Lumberjacks, ice cream eating competitions, and Hawaiian and Asian Fusion food served by Pineapple Express and Food with Hoy. Sunday ramps up the fun with giveaways, free ice cream, live music, and complimentary donuts from Happy Donuts.
“The Jersey Scoops team warmly invites the Humboldt County community to this event of food, fun, and friendship! Located at 348 Main Street, Loleta, CA, Jersey Scoops is a symbol of Cody and Thomas Nicholson Stratton's commitment to a vibrant, sustainable community.
