Join us at Sitka for a fun and informative wine seminar featuring two powerhouse California favorites—Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Presented by local Wine Educator Pam Long, we'll sip and savor a flight of four wines, including two Zinfandels—one from Mendocino County and one from Lake County. Then we'll move into two Cabernet Sauvignons grown and produced in Mendocino.

Pam's classes are engaging and interactive as she guides us through the wines explaining the grape varieties, the specific aromas and flavors, and details about wine making styles. Along with an educational digital presentation, we'll be treated to a robust cheese and charcuterie spread.
