The Eel River Valley Portuguese Hall Association celebrates 100 years of Festa, May 17-19.

Friday, May 17
5-9pm
Ferndale Community Center
Azorean inspired street fair, linguica cookoff, local craftsman vendors, games for all ages, desserts by Patches’ Pastries, special menu by Tuyas

Saturday, May 18
5:30pm: Rosary begins, followed by Portuguese beans and linguica dinner. Dance to follow at Ferndale Community Center with a Primo Marca inspired cake cutting and live music by “The Undercovers” from 7-11pm.

Sunday, May 19
10:15am: Parade to Church of Assumption begins
10:45am: Mass begins. Queens crowned immediately after Mass.
12pm: Sopas & alcatra lunch begins.
1:30pm: Live auction to begin seating at Humboldt County Fair dairy judging barn.
6pm: Sopas & alcatra dinner served at Portuguese Hall.
