The evening includes a no-host bar, silent auction, dinner, entertainment and live auction.

Dinner menu includes Assorted Bread Selection; Mixed Greens Salad with a poppy seed/lime vinaigrette garnished with mangos, grape tomatoes, black olives, and toasted pumpkin seeds; Roasted Potato Medley, with thyme and rosemary; Vegetable and Tofu Cilantro Ginger Coconut Risotto; Grilled Salmon Fillet with a lemon beurre blanc; Pan Seared Pork Tenderloin Medallions wrapped in Bacon with a hard cider cream sauce, finished with sautéed apples and caramelized onions; Chocolate decadence (gluten free) with a raspberry coulis drizzle
