Tour of the Unknown Coast is an annual ride (not a race) along a route that has longtime been a favorite of Humboldt County’s serious cyclists. The event starts and finishes at the Humboldt County Fair Grounds in front of the Turf Room. Two rides are available: The Tour of the Unknown Coast Century ride starts at 7:00 a.m. while the Avenue of the Giants 100K begins at 9:00 a.m. Rider check-in begins an hour before each ride. There won't be any onsite registration this year. The registration fee will increase on September 1 and registration closes on September 14.
